We stopped into the T-Michael boutique in Bergen, except the boutique felt more like a fashion museum with cool art installations and, of course, beautifully designed clothing. I felt like a kid in a candy store; I wanted to see, touch and try on everything I saw.
One of my favorite pieces from T-Michael’s label is the Japanese inspired T-Kimono, his version of the kimono robes historically worn in Japanese culture. I was excited to see them in person because, while they look really fly on T-Michael, I wasn’t convinced I could pull off the look. Once I tried it on, all doubts were out the window. I’d totally rock it! It’s a very regal look, but in an unassuming way.
T- Michael also has a sophisticated take on the poncho, my personal favorite of his collections. He calls it the Raincho, which is basically a stylish, yet functional poncho/raincoat hybrid. You want to talk about weather-proof style? This is the epitome.
